Welcome to my daily Underdog Steaking pick, where I chase the high-risk, high-reward 11-leg streak for a chance to win up to 1,000x your bet. This challenge comes from Underdog Fantasy’s “Steaking” contest, where hitting 11 correct picks in a row turns a small wager into a massive payout.
However, there’s a twist.
Because I’m focusing specifically on Team NRFI picks (betting that just one team won’t score in the first inning, rather than the full game NRFI), the payout multiplier is lower — around 0.61x per correct pick. That means the full 11-leg payout won’t reach the full 1000x, but the tradeoff is a more focused, data-driven edge.
Rather than guessing, I’m building this streak using sharp data and strategy, including:
- Pitcher 1st Inning ERA, WHIP, and K rates
- Team-level NRFI trends (season, home/away, splits vs LHP/RHP)
- Ballpark scoring environments & weather factors
- Recent offensive performance and lineup momentum
This isn’t just a gut feel — it’s a calculated edge.
I’ll be posting picks daily, breaking them down along the way as we chase perfection — one scoreless first inning at a time. Whether we hit a short streak or go all the way, the goal is consistent, +EV decisions with long-term upside.
Let’s chase perfection — one scoreless first inning at a time.
